Carol Ann Duffy has taken the old Medieval Morality play "EVERYMAN"..... and pulled it into 21st century UK, with the amazing Chitwel Ejiofor as an unforgettable EVERYMAN...
I saw this last week AND l'd see it again ( and possibly again and again) if I was nearer London's National Theatre.... it's on until the end of August....
This superb drama  left my thoughts well and truly provoked for several days..... afterwards....

"CAMERATA comes to the cathedral..."

A friend had a special birthday recently....... so we had a superb evening in the front row at Chester Cathedal.....enjoying Manchester Camerata..... performing Mozart and Bach.
AND we were so close to the orchestra that we could see the tips of the musicians talented fingers...a veritable treat!
